Electric Car Conversion

GM has been experimenting with electric car conversions in the 1960s. The models Chevette and Corvair were converted into electricity, but never produced.

Fast forward to 2010, made GM an additional 180 degree turn. Now the company plans to produce the Chevrolet Volt. GM Volt refers to both an electric car, and a wide range of electric vehicles (Erve).
